Fresh apple, and nothing else. It smells like the first bite of one you just picked.
Rulfs Orchard is the one to go to. The cider and the donuts are the best there is, but it is the trees I love.
Apple trees have always looked a little alive to me, like the ones in The Wizard of Oz that throw their apples at you. I still climb up into them, because that is where the best apples are. And the best apple you will ever eat is the one you just picked yourself. Somehow it tastes better.
Fresh air, trees, apples everywhere. That is the comforting smell of fall in upstate New York, and it is exactly where I want to be right now. I made this candle to share it with you.
Something happened with this batch of Mount Marcy hand soap. It's more like a gloopy gel instead of a smooth, lovely hand soap, almost like something didn't get mixed in. It doesn't even have the beautiful scent that it usually does. I'm disappointed, but I'll keep it because it's such a hassle to return anything these days.
Love the idea. Giving it a try.
I am tired of being awakened by muscle cramps in my calves.
Hoping this helps. Can’t hurt. Feels great.
