- Place: Visualize a special place that brings you peace—whether it's a beach, a mountaintop, or a cozy corner of your home. How does it feel, smell, and sound? Embrace the gratitude you have for this sanctuary.

- Thing: What’s one thing that holds deep meaning for you? Whether it’s a piece of jewelry, a favorite sweatshirt, or something else, reflect on why this object brings you so much gratitude and the moments it helped you through.

- A Struggle: Now, think of a difficult challenge you’ve faced and overcome. As you look back, feel gratitude for the growth and strength that struggle brought you.
